Leadership in Flight Data Recorders

S.L.N has successfully designed, developed, qualified, and flight-approved the SSFDR for Su-30 MKI, overing the complete journey from interface definition to certification. The system reliably samples aircraft sensors and cockpit voice data for post-flight analysis and crash investigation. This program established S.L.N as one of India’s leading indigenous manufacturers of Flight Data Recorders.

Building on this expertise, S.L.N developed the CVFDR for the Light Utility Helicopter (LUH)—a compact, low-power solution optimized for rotary-wing constraints. Today, S.L.N is capable of supplying CVFDR solutions for both fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft.

Automated Test Equipment (ATE) Excellence

S.L.N’s deep understanding of embedded systems enables the design of robust, accurate, and scalable ATE solutions for systems, sub-systems, and electronic modules. Our ATE portfolio includes:

  • NI PXI-based systems with LabVIEW software
  • Rugged and Compact ATEsusing open bus architectures such as PCI, cPCI, and VME

Antenna Control Systems (ACS) Leadership

S.L.N is a leading indigenous developer of Antenna Control Systems for Radar and SATCOMapplications. We have developed and deployed seven variants of radar ACS,operating reliably across diverse environmental conditions. Our ACS solutions include:

  • Single-axis and Two-axis systemsfor deployment and stabilization
