K61 Controller Card

K61 controller card is based on the K61 controller which has ARM Cortex-M4 core. K61 Controller is used as a processing unit. It operates up to 120MHz. Non-multiplexed mode bus architecture features a 16 bit data and 30 bit address bus. Dimension of the card is double euro size 233.4 mm X 160 mm X 1.6mm.

Controller:

  • ARM Cortex-M4 core uses ARMv7 architecture and ThumbR-2 ISA.
  • Operates Up to 120 MHz.
  • The internal memory is 512/1MB Internal Flash, 128 KB RAM and 16 KB EEPROM.
  • External Bus interface:Controller features 16 bits address and 16 bit data bus in non-multiplexed mode. In multiplex mode 32 bits address /data can be used. In non-multiplex mode bus address can be extendable up to 30 bit max.
  • Controller has an internal 4 ADC, 2 DAC, Timers, CAN, USB and an Internal RTC.

  • Card supports 6 RS-485 port interfaces with programmable baud rate up to 230400 baud.

Card supports one channel of 10/100Mbps Ethernet Ports.

Card supports 2 channels of CAN 2.0 up to 1Mbps.

Card supports 2 channels of 16 bit resolution Binary/Gray SSI interface.

Card supports 12 analog channels.

  • Card supports 4 ±10V analog input channels with 14 bit resolution
  • Card supports 8 ±10V analog output channels with 16 bit resolution

Card supports 16 optically isolated discrete outputs with 28V output

Card supports 16 optically isolated discrete inputs with 28V input

Card supports 2 PWM output channels with maximum operating frequency of 2 KHz and voltage of 5V.
